This page is a great one-stop-shop for answers to most of your tech problems. If you don't find your answer, please email Tom Gilgenbach and he will either help you or find someone who can solve your tech problem.
1. Click on the Quickstart Guide and/or the Chromebook Help below for some quick answers. The links in both documents are live.
2. Scroll down this page for some very helpful videos. We will continually add more answers to questions throughout the year.
3. Be sure to update the OS (Operating System) on your chromebook. If you shut your chromebook down every few days, it should automatically update. Follow this short video to see if your OS is up to date and how to update.
4. Do you need a new charger cord? IF YOU BUY THE WRONG CHARGER IT COULD DAMAGE YOUR CHROMEBOOK; if it uses a round charger end, see Mr. Gilgenbach, if it uses a flat oval (USB type-C), follow this link to purchase a new one.
