Not interested in running the Ute Scoot 5K? Our online registration has an option to make a donation. Or how about volunteering? We can always use the help! The Ute Scoot 5K is funded by sponsor donations and runner entry fees. All profits will fund the purchase of technology that will be used in classroom learning. Many studies have shown the benefits for students who get hands-on learning using various technology devices as well as other classroom aids such as large touch screens and projectors. Technology changes quickly and it takes a lot of funding to stay fairly current. By fundraising within the community, we can bridge the gap and provide students with the technology skills they need to stay relevant in an ever-changing global landscape.
